Section 1

Service Use

CoderXP is provided as a software platform for autonomous product generation, deployment orchestration, and related workflows. Use of the service must comply with applicable laws, platform rules, and acceptable use standards.

Section 2

Accounts and Billing

Users are responsible for maintaining accurate account details, protecting credentials, and paying any applicable subscription fees tied to their selected plan.

Section 3

Generated Output

CoderXP can generate code, copy, configuration, and deployment workflows. Customers are responsible for reviewing generated output before using it in production, especially where security, compliance, or customer data is involved.

Section 4

Customer Content

You retain responsibility for prompts, files, repository data, project instructions, and other content submitted to the platform. You must have the rights needed to submit and process that content through CoderXP.

Section 5

Availability and Changes

CoderXP may update, improve, suspend, or modify features as the product evolves. Preview, beta, and experimental features may change more frequently than stable platform areas.

Section 6

Limitations

The platform is designed to accelerate software creation, but no automated system can guarantee perfect output. Users should test, validate, and monitor generated applications before relying on them.
